I must admit that I'm a newbie with Torrents. I've tried before, but not had any luck.

Step 1: Get a bit torrent client. I use this one: http://www.bittorrent.com/btusers/download

Step 2: Find the torrent file anywhere on the internet. The best place to look is http://thepiratebay.org/

Step 7: Fix the site. It's supposed to do it automatically when there's an http://www. at the beginning, but sometimes decides randomly that it doesn't want to.
