Honestly though, it was pretty lame I thought.  Typical coach speak, Chizik appeared confident but just did'nt give off a very impressive, rally the troops vibe.  Not that I was expecting such. 

Apparently he will be hitting the recruiting trail today and being the relentless recruiter he is (he said so himself), I expect all our decommits will be back on board and our class to be top ten by weeks end.   :thumbsup:

All hat no cattle.  That phrase is forever etched in my mind. 

I've seen people like that all my life.  I've also seen idiots like Jacobs who are taken in by them.  God help us. Please.

I watched and it caused me to slip into a clinical depression.

First, Chizik said two of the most idiotic things ever.

Referring to ISU, he said "I left them better than when I arrived." ... That may be the case, because of the sheer fact that HE LEFT.

Next, he said, "I knew I was the best man for Auburn."  ... Fuck you. 

The sound alone of Jay Jacobs voice makes me want to kill an entire orphanage.

I listened to the whole thing.  It was about what I expected, just a lot of coach speak sunk in the middle of Jay Jacobs babbling on and on.

I did learn that Chizik had a blueprint on how to win at Iowa State, and he's bringing that blueprint to Auburn.   :puke:

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be throwing puppies over the overpass and onto I-65.
