Perhaps you're not hip with the lingo, but when something is referred to as "the shiznit", it is meant in a positive sense.

I will refer to it as the Cheesedick hire.

I am familiar with the lingo and was using a play on words. shiznit is code for shit. So I was referring to it as the shit hire. Not this hire is the chiznit. This is the chiznit hire. I am creating my own language.

Hopefully, this hire will turn out to be the chiznit. A lot of the AU players like carlos and caddy who played on teams he coached for are very happy with the hire and they have better insight into things than we do.

I am hoping for some good assistant hires and a gene stallings at bama like turn around.
