1. i guess we can claim the same about AU's wins against us in 03 and 06? since we were bad those years (especially 03 with a 4-9 record), then it doesn't matter than you won. our record during the streak was 42-33.
2. and we beat them at their house when you guys couldn't even beat them in yours.
3. in 05 and 06 they were an 8 win team, and in 07 they won 9 games. if they beat Nebraska they can again become an 8 win team. in 04 they were a 6 win team, so your statement is incorrect on face value anyway. the 04 team was the worst team in a 5 year period. they are about on average with what they have done the past 3 seasons. we're not the ones who blew them up to be an unstoppabe juggernaut pre-sason, you guys did while giving us numerous reasons we would be pounded into the ground.
4. UGA still baffles me. all the pieces were there and it all fell apart anyway. at the end of last season i thought they were going to stomp everybody this season (including us).

Don't waste your brain cell. It was just a response to Birmingham's incessant douchebaggery.

I was just following the trend already started.

On the subject of this thread though I'll play along:
No. 4 defense in the Country
Only undefeated regular season in the country out of BCS teams
Tied for Best Record in College Football
Going to a BCS bowl game
Our Coach is Coach of the SEC and Coach of the Year
4 of our players made the All American 1st steam
We have the best offensive lineman in the country.
Ok, me next me next. Auburn's 2008 accomplishments ...

Sounds like a bunch of moral victories to me.
Just face it - you couldn't accomplish what you're paying 4 million for. You emptied the pockets so that you could win championships. What you got is a season that you've had once every couple of years. It's par for the course. Get ready for your let down next year. 7-5? Ok, ok. You had those Rivals championships, so how about 8-4?

A one loss season is par for the course? So with that I can now say that Auburn has only had played above par 2 times in it's history. Once in '04 and the other in '57. Sweet, your arguments make you suck even worse, I love it.

Your brain cell just lost his glasses. It's par for YOUR course, dumbshit. You fart a successful season every now and then, but it's mostly mediocre football for Tuscaloser.
Since 1997:
'97 - 4-7
'98 - 7-5
'99 - 10-3
'00 - 3-8
'01 - 7-5
'02 - 10-3
'03 - 4-9
'04 - 6-6
'05 - 10-2
'06 - 6-7
'07 - 7-6
'08 - 12-1
Shall I include the coaching changes during those years?

Bowl games after Jan. 1 have not been par for the course for Alabama in a long long time. Sorry that your attempts to debate away us have the best record in the Nation and why you are waiting on spring practice to begin is being called out. Just one of those pet peeves of mine, I'm in to facts instead of shit for brains.
-
When you claim the "best record in the Nation," don't you have to add "except for Utah & Boise State" Mr Shit for Brains? Just keeping it real factual & all ...

And the n00b lands a right haymaker!
Welcome to the fray, AUwest.

Stellar first post. A pinch hit, walk-off home run to win the series.
