Seen't this one on the Instagrams and gave it a go a few weeks back. I will make it several more times when football season rolls around. Instructions below:
1. 2 - Ritz crackers with cream cheese spread on each.
2. 1 - Jalapeno slice sandwiched between them.
3. Thick cut bacon cut in half and folded over the Ritz cracker sammich.
4. Doust the bacon with your favorite BBQ rub.
5. Place on your grill/smoker (indirect heat) at 250 degrees and let it go until the bacon is crispy.
6. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce and let it smoke for another 5 or 10 minutes, until caramelized.
7. Grab a plate, napkin, a beer, and enjoy.
