Title: Bill Walton

Not football, but who cares.  Bill Walton passed away yesterday from cancer, at 71.  One of the more colorful sports figures ever, in both his playing and announcing careers.  Talk about marching to the beat of your own drum.

Horrific lower limbs, terrible choices and a life of depression. Still, when healthy he was one of the most completely talented centers in the game; quirky, humble and had a zest for life and the game he loved.

He was always interesting to listen to.
Cancer sux.
Not because of this, but because it doesn’t care who you are.
