Let The ONE raise money to pay for his own damn inauguration; hell, he raised over half a billion dollars for his campaign; I'm sure there are folk stupid enough to make another donation to The Obama!

The Obama will probably bailout DC anyway after he makes his ascension...so you and I will pay for it AUT along with all the other taxpayers.
