Title: FROM
Post by: wesfau2 on June 26, 2023, 03:23:36 PM
I got recommended this show and got hooked.  Prime has the first season (the 2nd just wrapped up on MGM+).

Folks on road trips end up in some sort of looped/alt dimension kinda place.  Killer boogeymen after dark, some bonus creepiness from the kid (now adult) that has been there for 50 years.

Lost vibes (same creators, I think), but a bit more horror.

I'm digging the shit out of it and can't wait for season 3.

Not bad at all. Kind of Silent Hill meets The Village but a little more straight forward in your face than either of those, meaning - it gets right down to business. Coming right out of the gate devouring a child was pretty bold.

That sounds difficult to watch.

Yeah, strong start.  Plenty more where that came from!

I’m not watching a Hillary Clinton documentary.

Not sure how to see season 3 but liked the first two. Somehow I was allowed by SlingTV to view it on MGM, possibly by sheer error.

I'm forcing myself to wait and binge the whole season on a free trial week.

Hooooooooooooooooooooooooo boy.

They really ramped up the gore/horror this season.  But there are some big reveals at the end of the season.  Going to be excruciating waiting for season 4.
