So Jake Fromm State Farm is taking his talents and khakis to the NFL, which leaves FUGA in a quandary, a state of perplexity if you will, at the quarterback position. However, the reality is that I don't give two peanut filled shits, so that's all I'm going to say on that.
The other FUGA news is that Cade Mays, a 5* lineman who inked with the flea-bitten, nasty dawgs, is now trying to get out of his commitment and most likely head to the Big Bowl of Cheetos in Knoxville. His argument? Well, a little over 2 years ago, he and dad were on a recruiting trip to the cesspool of Athens when papa got his finger caught in a folding chair and cut the end of the finger off. So last month, Dad files a lawsuit against FUGA, the chair manufacturer and others.
Now, on one hand, I wish it was a legit $100 million suit and a Court told FUGA it had to pay every penny of it and the lawyer got his. (Hold up.....I'm having a private moment) Okay...
But what's wrong with this picture? This happened 2 years ago....your son just signed with the college you're going to sue....and now he wants out of his commitment because you sued the school he signed with. Confusion, I has it!

No he signed with them last year. He played 11 games for them this year.

It is obvious to any reasonable person that if UGA has a not willing to settle out of court for 11 billion dollars for his dad’s pinky, then he cannot continue to play foosball. It only makes sense that they allow a transfer.
it’s a medical emergency from less than 2 years ago. He’s about to have that finger seen about.
-
It is a conflict of interest. UGA cannot pay him AND his dad.
-
That makes at least 4 OL starters they are losing to either the NFL or to the Cochran Firm. Add in the starting QB and the top 2 RB...that's a lot to replace. Here's hoping they can replace them all with Jake Hollandesque players.
-
I'm starting to think they take a big step back in reset next season. Which means that Florida is probably the team to watch from the East.

So you are saying we still lose...

Is Gus still the coach?

Well shit.

Yeah, I think they were -3.5 on that. Or maybe plus.

It warms the cockles of my heart to see the FUGA fans' hopes that Kirby the Vacuum would lead them to a Saban-esque dynasty run dashed on the reality that they are, ultimately, just FUGA.
Mark Richt-results with a Vince Dooley* price tag.
*adjusted for inflation.

You love the cockles.
What should warm them even further is that FUGA lost a 5* running back, Zachary Evans. He signed his letter but then wanted out, so FUGA released him.

More to that too, WOTS is that the kid is problematic, LSU dropped him before he signed with FUGA due to same reason. Also why FUGA gave him his walking papers so quickly and without protest.
Still funny though.
