Title: Masters
Post by: Token on April 14, 2019, 02:45:00 PM
Great final round at the masters. Plenty of guys had an opportunity but Tiger put it away on the famous par 3 using the slope.  Great win for Tiger, hell of a comeback.

I'm sure K. shed tears of extreme joy for Tiger and can't wait to see him capture a few more majors.
All Hail Tiger!

That was as rigged as anything I've ever seen.

The PGA has now sunk lower than boxing.

lol.
Explain why everybody in front of him laid down.  Guys who hadn't double bogeyed all weekend, all three ahead of Woods and all three dunk the ball on 12?  Molinari had birdied it twice and parred it once in the tournament.  Brooks parred twice and birdied once.  Tony three straight pars.  And ALL THREE plunk it?  One quarter of all double bogeys on that hole for the entire tournament happen to the three guys ahead of that asshat on the last round?  Horse shit.  Hores. Shit.

Explain why a four-foot putt that would have forced a playoff was missed nearly a foot to the left. Horse shit.  Even I make that putt 8-10 times.

The bastard ass funk hole didn't even play well on the last day.  On a morning where the course was ripe for a takeover, his lousy pedestrian two under nothingness was really enough?

This abomination is what the PGA wanted.  Well fuck them.

first, it's the Masters @ Augusta National.  it isn't Bushwood.  it's the final day.  the crowd rooting for Tiger, you could see it, hear it.  pin placements.  change in the weather. 4 x master champion who knew how to play the hole better than anyone in his grouping.

i can't wait to see you on TV with your PGA players card.

i'm not sure what you even mean.

be in denial all you want.  you are,were...whatever wrong.  dead wrong.

You are reaching big time on this brother I'm sure Kopeka and all the others said you know what I don't want them fat stacks, Tiger should win again.

It's called pressure, they all lost to it save for the one.  BTW I was rooting for Kopeka.

I think it was Nick Faldo that hit the nail on the head several times during yesterday's round.  Paraphrasing....He said let the others carry the load.  Let everyone else feel like they've got to be perfect.  Tiger just needs to be consistent, not try and do too much and let everyone around him fold.  They did.

Speaking of pressure, did anyone else notice Molinari crying while they were waiting to tee off on 16 or 17?  They were standing on the tee box waiting for the group in front to clear. The camera was supposed to be focused on Tiger but Molinari was in the foreground.  He was wiping his eyes and clearly looked like he was crying.  Still looked that way at the end of the hole.  This was just after his melt down where his ball went for a swim.  He knew he had lost the Masters.

This is a hybrid. This is a cross, ah, of Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.
