Title: Big Week - Opportunities

The Fighting Pearls just pulled off the overtime victory (Most ripping, I might add) over Xavier.  Duke takes the floor next against San Diego State.  SDSU is normally a pretty good ball club so anything is possible playing against a bunch as young as Duke is.  Why do I post basketball 411 in the foosballz forum?  Because if Duke holds serve today, Auburn gets the #1 team in the land tomorrow.  Why is that significant?

Because the clankity, broken down Gus Bus limps in to Tuscaloosa to face another #1 team in the land this Saturday. 

Totally useless trivia, but I wonder if that's ever happened before where a school has to play the #1 team in two sports in the same week.  Who does the Equestrian team have this week?

Equestrian team will survive another year due to Auburn's victory over Liberty this past Saturday.

Well Equestrian is number 1...they'll need to slaughter the horses to get beat.
