Boston news making the logical leap that President Trump is at fault for the beating death of Whitey Bulger.  You see, there were budget cuts "at the beginning of the Trump administration" at the West Virginia prison.  These led to staff reductions.  Those staff reductions meant less available supervision for the inmates.  

Trump whacked Whitey.
