Plans now to release the results of his report "just after midterms." 

What does this tell you?  

Report will likely vindicate Trump and this fucko wants to prevent the good guys from having the ammunition to bury the Dim-o-craps.

Means he knows now also. And as you said, no other reason not to release it now other than mid terms and politics.
