Considering that expecting anything above general idiocy is too much to ask. We are just lucky. Lucky Cam didn't like Starkville. Lucky that tipped pass landed in Louis' stone hands. Lucky Nick Saban had to try a long FG and didn't have anyone besides the kicker under 220 lbs on the field to chase down a returner. Otherwise, 7-5, 8-4 is about as good as it gets.

We will always have that post-Kick Six dry hump celebration, GH. Not even Gus’s increasing mediocrity can take that away.
