I am totally on your side for this and I get your point, however, I must point out...

This statement is hilarious. I 'm pretty sure no one has ever uttered (typed) those words before. A luxurious place like Alabaster....From HAWAII? Yes who would want to live in dreary old Hawaii.

I will also say that I guarantee you Alabaster or not their cost of living is a lot cheaper than it was in Hawaii.

I agree $0 cost of living for the next 10 years or so (not sure when the cut off period is for the REC payments) is a lot cheaper.
