Also, a shout out to SSGAU on his exit my mama day.

Nothing more. He and I don't get along very well and if he did happen to see it, I thought he might try to start some shit on his birthday. But seriously, I hope he grows up soon.

SSGAU--Happy Birthday Man! And don't forget to Like my post. We got that trade thing going and I think it will work out well for both of us. Hopefully, someone, anyone, will take over first place from the current leader.

Here lately Iâ€™m more into lifting and really just getting maintenance miles. Trying to average 10-15 miles a week with a slower pace. Once time changes Iâ€™m going to start cutting again and up mileage.
But yes, at this point Iâ€™m trying to avoid injury and wear on knees
