It's becoming hard even for the most left-leaning media to ignore.
The real story is -- and quite honestly always has been -- the rampant corruption and widespread granting of politically-based favor/punishment of the Clinton/Obama regimes.
The media was willing to ignore it all to get her elected. That's borderline treason if you ask me. Advancing their wrong-headed communist/socialist agenda was more important than the welfare of the country.
It's my opinion that they would have kept right on ignoring it had Hillary done her part and faded into the background. They were all too willing to martyr her, but her continued efforts to martyr herself -- and look out of touch and moronic in the process has finally pushed them to discredit her. They have to distance from her and her lunacy or their reboot with the same idiotic ideas won't fly.
I hope she ends up in prison. There's nothing I'd like better than the look on her face as she was hauled away in cuffs.

Well except prowler and wes.

Anyone see the original movie, The Shooter, with Mark Wahlberg playing Bob Lee Swagger? Danny Glover plays the corrupt Colonel Isaac Johnson. Every time I see something else come up about a Clinton, I think of Glover's line, "I win again, Swagger."
No matter how corrupt they are, no matter how many people have died that were on the verge of exposing them, no matter how much dirt seems to surface on the Clintons, they always walk away with that shit-eating grin. "We win again."
Hmmm....sounds like a certain SEC team I've heard of. :poke:

Things I've learned over the last 24 hours
1. Fusion GPS is basically a company that specializes in making shit up about people to ruin them. They are the company you hire if you want to turn someone into a pedophile, hooker user, cheater, etc in order to ruin them in the p[ublic view.
2. The Russian government hired Fusion GPS to smear the name of some dude named Magninsky that the Russian government had killed and then fought to discredit in the public eye
3. Hillary and the DNC hired this same firm to smear Trump. Problem is, Fusion GPS invented shit on Trump, that the Clinton campaign knew no-one would believe.
4. McCain took this "dossier" paid for by Hillary to the FBI, who then used it to get a FISA warrant agains Trump in order to try to bring Trump down
5. Not 1 thing has been found or proven that Trump has done anything wrong in regards to Russia or collusion.
Hard to believe, but this is where we stand

Ya' can't....make this....shit up!
Oh wait, how long before the obligatory "They're still investigating Trump" response?
-
Ya' can't....make this....shoot up!
No, but Fusion GPS can

No, but Fusion GPS can
A point. You has one.

I'm quickly getting to the point that if someone ran on the platform of "Give me the nukes, and I will nuke DC and then resign" I would vote for them.

I was telling someone this yesterday. But all the above plays into something else. A total paradigm shift of politics and how people vote in this country. The last election showed it too. From ideological politics to populist politics. People are looking less at GOP and Dem and more at us and them. There are two choices really: 1 by the people or 2 by the ruling class. Both are agnostic of party although the latter seems to be stacked heavily with Dems. But there are also GOP in it - McCain, flake, Collins, McConnell and their ilk.
Trump is an effect of this ruling class, their reign and people's disgust with them. He's not a cause. He happened because of people's disgust for the rulers in D.C. He wasn't my first choice but I get it.
This is also why blue states turned red. The people have turned on the ruling class no matter what party is beside their name. And this is one area where I like Bannon. He is primary-ing every republican up for reelection next year with a populist candidate except for Cruz.

Also the only tie to Russians and trump is Paul manafort. Nothing to do with trump himself. Manafort was involved with Russia long before trump. He was hired simply to delegate rangle on the convention floor if it came to that with kasich and Cruz. When it wasn't needed he was booted.

90% of that has been refuted or relies on suspect sources.
Fucking fools.
And yet there are some who will swallow this swill hook, line and sinker.

Just a quick survey. Now that the news for Clinton and Obama is negative I checked the following sites:
USAToday: Not one word about Clinton, Obama, Russia or Fusion
MSNBC: Not one word about Clinton, Obama, Russia or Fusion. Articles include: WikiLeaks: Trump reached out, Lawrence exposes Trump's fake claims, GOP infighting grows, Steinem discusses sexism, Weinstein and Trump
CNN: Not one word about Clinton, Obama, Russia or Fusion. Articles include: Trump-linked firm contacted WikiLeaks about Clinton emails, Clinton unaware of Trump dossier
ABCNews: Not one word about Clinton, Obama, Russia or Fusion. Articles include: Lawmaker faces threats after criticizing Trump, Late night hosts rip Trump
CBSNews: Not one word about Clinton, Obama, Russia or Fusion. Also no blatantly anti-Trump pieces except for one about the WikiLeaks deal. Which seems to be the horrifying fact that a firm hired by the RNC and used by Trump's campaign asked for details from Assange and was refused. Oooohhh. Horrible!!
I'm still of the opinion that this failure to fairly and equitably report -- up to and including blatantly lying -- is tantamount to treason.
