Tonight kind of officially started the season, even though there were a handful of games this past Saturday. tOSU went to Indiana. First off, I thought it would be a competitive game, and was until the 3rd quarter. Nasty from there. Was not impressed with J.T. Barrett in the first half but he and the rest of OSU showed out big time in the 2nd. Good team. Definitely a contender for the final 4.
It was damn fine kicking back with a beverage or 6 and watching some college foosballz. BTW, the true freshman RB for tOSU, T. K. Dobbins....5'8 208....is a serious bad ass.

I think they looked bad. Yes they came out and put some points on the board in the second half but those were just on some long yardage plays where Indiana didn't tackle, took bad angles and just bad coverage by the secondary. So no, I still didn't think they looked like a top 4 contender.

I'm sorry, you guys are right. What the hell was I thinking by giving props to a team that went on the road and rolled up 600 yards and 49 points? You know, the thing that good teams do against inferior opponents? And how dare I say a team that's gone 62-6 under their current coach and has made the playoffs 2 of the first 3 years looks like a potential playoff team again? That team currently ranked #2 in every poll? Jeez, I really went out on a limb and put my foot in my mouth, huh!

Srsly dude - it was the equal to us playing tomorrow night except it was on the road. That tough Bloomington crowd though.....30K strong - a regular Baton Rouge. They played a cupcake. They are a top 3 team. They should have scored 40+ and 600 yards. Period.
The fact that they looked bad doing it for 3 quarters tells me Bama or Clemson would have pushed that shit in hard - oh wait - Clemson did the last game tOSU played before last night.
