What will it take this weekend to change your mind about this offense?
Does Chris Todd need to throw four touchdowns?
Do we need to just limit our mistakes to ensure a victory?
What is it?
I think if we can go out against LSU and throw for 200+ yards, rush for 150+, not have any fumbles, and limit the penalties, I'll jump back on the bandwagon.
What say you?

I think our defense shuts them pretty much the fuck down. I'm not saying shutout, but probably like that 7-3 game two years ago. Our defense may get a bit more worn out this year, yet I'm not confinced that their offense will be spectacular. I see them probably scoring somewhere in the 7-14 point range. So what it will take is our O actually getting into the endzone a time or two to win it.

I like all of that, but to me, being the 4th game, things have to start looking prettier.
Prettier routes, prettier passes, prettier blocking, prettier faces on the coaches, prettier releases, prettier pocket presence. I want this shit to look like a machine instead of fucking Lincoln Logs.

I knew it was getting lonely up her eon this wagon. I haven't jumped off yet.

Bandwagon left. I'm not on it. Not getting on it.
If I see Todd in a polo shirt bringing cups of Gatorade to the defense and Franklin standing by Rhodes with a towel to wipe sweat out of his eyes, I might be a little happier, but that's about it.

Watching Sportscenter this morning and Trevor Matiach after breaking down why Todd is more of the problem than the system, said that this weekend's match-up would be won by the least heinous QB. Nice.

What it will take is our offense collectively getting their heads out of their entire ass.
I listened to Dye yesterday, in between Finebaum trying to goad him into a fight every way possible. Dye stayed even keeled and told it like it was. And he actually sounded coherent and made sense. He said everything that killed the offensive performance was correctible. A butt load of penalties that either killed drives or put them in a 1st and 15 to start the drive. Missed easy field goals and turnovers out the yang yang..all of the above can be corrected with one thing....concentration.
Dye said we still put 320 yards up and if you eliminate half those screw ups, AU puts 20-24 points up in a shut out on the road and we're not talking about this right now.
We're probably stuck with Todd running the show. So, if they can cut those penalties and the fumblitis out, we've got a good chance to beat LSU.

Kodi Burns needs to have his chance as starting QB....that would make me feel better.
You know what I don't get....So Burns and Todd were neck and neck (so say the coaches) at the beginning of the year. First game we rotate every other down, neither QB gets any rythm both look bad, Kodi looks less bad and gets hurt. Second, game Todd starts, Kodi gets in one or two plays makes a mistake (again he had no feel for that game) and thats it. We don't see him again. How come he never has a chance to have full reign of the offense and get into a damn rythm. This has been plaguing us for years, why is it we will make a switch anywhere except at the position that counts the most.
and why the hell can't we go to an I formation from the 5 yard line? We can keep doing this spread shit, but at the 5 get into an I and pound the fucking ball in. Have our guys suddenly forgotten how to run an I? Franklin can't create 5 plays out of the I formation? I am really.....really starting to slant towards Kaos regarding Franklin, and I don't know what I can see that will make me feel better at this point. Perhaps anything other than the 12 monkeys screwing a football that we have seen to date.

I personally do not believe that you can line up in the I at any given time and pound the ball. It is just a different kind of mindset. IMO.

According to my calculations,
.5 kilo of coke
2 dead hookers (one warm, the other cold)
2 liter bottle of mountain dew
6 packs of Pall Malls
3 razor blades
40 feet of rope
3 fishing lures
a root beer lolli pop
1 doctors excuse for sprained neck
1 pair of scissors
2 squirrels
half a goat
2 jars of pickles (one sweet, one dill)
and 2 sheets of construction paper
Thats what it would take. Atleast for me

I get the other stuff but what's with the construction paper?? Are you some kind of sicko or something?

listen just because its your Birthday doesn't mean you can come in here, and give your opinion. I am not sure I follow you though, explain?

I've been saying this all season!

players that are taught or being told they are in a finesse offense usually don't make good slobberknocker pound the ball football players. It is not a mentality that you can cut on and off like a light switch is all I am trying to say. Have you ever seen a team that can do both consistently? I haven't.
