Title: Happy New Year
Post by: Snaggletiger on December 30, 2016, 11:22:58 AM
Hope everyone here and your families have a safe and happy new year.  My plans for tomorrow night are pretty much the same as always.  Good food, good drink, football and fireworks.  And definitely staying off the roads for the most part.  Peace!

Sounds like we have the same plans. Stay off the roads and a little homecookn, brew and family with some boom boom fireworks.

Please wipe all memory of 2016. Horrible year. Most miserable December ever to be sure.

I took off work on Thursday.  I have sat in the woods with six year old on Thursday and yesterday in a shooting blind in the hopes that Bambi, his mom or dad would walk past.  He is not much of a Hunter at this age.  Wants to play on the tablet, hates waking up at 4:30 and wants to sleep while in the blind from 5:30 until 6:30. It's been a good time hanging out with him. I plan on spending all day tomorrow and Monday in the woods by myself and maybe some groceries will walk by my stand.

The target will almost certainly show up at the strangest time, just the way it happens.

Happy New Year ladies and gentlemen! Agree that I'm glad 2016 is over. However starting to look up for 2017. The great job I lost just before Christmas last year because I'm a dumb ass has decided I'm not a dumb ass anymore. Being re-hired at no loss of pay and full benefits. Now just don't fuck it up.

Stop making fun.  Do you know how long it took to erect that thing?

Probably not very long after you watched the Clemson defender cornhole the OSU player.

That's a rather stiff accusation!
