Stolt this from a 24-7 site. Good stuff. http://florida.247sports.com/Bolt/Breaking-down-SEC-East-championship-scenarios-each-teams-path-48642529 (http://florida.247sports.com/Bolt/Breaking-down-SEC-East-championship-scenarios-each-teams-path-48642529)
Florida Gators (6-1, 4-1)
Remaining games: at Arkansas, vs. South Carolina, at LSU
What needs to happen: It's cut and dry for Jim McElwain's team — keep winning and you're in. Week 9's results drastically increased Florida's chances of seizing the East following Tennessee's loss to the Gameroosters since the Vols hold the head-to-head tiebreaker. But Tennessee falling two games behind Florida in the division means the Gators only have to win two of their final three SEC contests to clinch the title at 6-2 in league since they hold a tiebreaker over Kentucky.
Kentucky Wildcats (5-3, 4-2)
Remaining games: vs. Georgia, at Tennessee
What needs to happen: A sudden resurgence in Lexington thanks to a somewhat soft schedule has erased an 0-2 start to conference play with four straight league wins, tied with the Gators for a division-best this season. If Kentucky beats Georgia and Tennessee, the pressure will be on the Gators to keep winning. That would put the Wildcats 6-2 in SEC play with Florida forced to match (since it holds the head to head tiebreaker) to clinch a berth in Atlanta. In short, Kentucky must win out and hope the Gators lose two of their final three games OR split these final two contests and watch Florida lose their last three SEC matchups. But that's the least likeliest scenario.
Tennessee Vols (5-3, 2-3)
Remaining games: vs. Kentucky, vs. Missouri, at Vanderbilt
What needs to happen: The Vols need a lot of help, but it's vital they take the "one game at a time" approach and worry about scoreboard watching at a later date since last week's loss to South Carolina will probably prove fatal. The easiest way to look at Tennessee's path is simply winning out and hoping Florida loses two of its final three SEC games. That would put both the Vols and Gators at 5-3 in the division and Tennessee's previous win over Florida in Knoxville as the tiebreaker. If the Vols, Wildcats and Gators all finish 4-4 in the division under one wild scenario, Tennessee wins the East since it will have tiebreaking wins over Kentucky and Florida. The chances of that happening and the Gators suffering a cataclysmic collapse are slim.
Who ya got? Gators, Vols, or Wildcats?

It'll be the Gators. They'll lose to the fighting Yaw-Yaws but should handle the others. UK might drop the game to UGA. UT is out of it and may lose out. At this point, it would not surprise me to see Vandy beat them.
-
I think the Vols are out. Rumors swirling that players are quitting and Jones might get fired.
I doubt Kentucky can win the rest of their SEC games.
Florida has to lose twice out of @Arkansas, South Carolina, and @LSU. Bielema has an uncanny ability to keep his team playing hard even when their season is done. Maybe they upset Florida at home. I don't see USCe beating them. Maybe LSU is still playing hard by 11/19, but I get the feeling once Bama pounds them, they'll give up on the season.
Auburn vs. Florida in Atlanta.

Don't care much about the state of the SEC East.
My interest in the division extends only as far as beating UGA. That's not happening often enough to suit me.

Agree with your end result, but there is no way Arkansas beats FL. The gaytors may only score defensively, but they'll win easily.

Not saying this won't happen but this is often the type of scenario and game where Fat Boy and his hogs tend to overperform.

If LSU gives up after Alabama game...who beats aTm to allow Auburn to make it in SEC championship?

Ehhhh
Shut up. We're dreaming here.

I think ole miss has a legit shot at beating the aggies.

Perhaps. That Florida defense is fucking salty, though.

Already said, but Ole Miss would be my hope.
Chad Kelly is straight nasty, and he's playing for 2nd round money.

What's your definition of easily?

Two touchdowns minimum.

SEC East ...I can't see KY winning out with UGA and the Vols left on the schedule. Tennessee has a better outside chance than KY. Regardless, jort nation and a certain gal down in south FL will be partying like it was 1996.
SEC West...where's the article? Regardless, we'll curbstomp the Gators in the ATL.
-
I say LSU grounds and pounds Florida into submission.
Hopefully they do the same to A&M but it will he tough without that forward pass that's all the craze.
Chad Kelly could put five scores on the Ags only to lose by a few points.
We've already seen some upsets, near misses and desperate comebacks from teams that we thought were better than they were or just played down to the competition.

The SECCG will be aTm vs Kentucky. Bank it.

How much better than Florida do you think auburn is?
I keed. I've learned that matchup logic goes out the window in Cfb. I don't think auburn is 53 points better than ark just like I don't think Louisville is 55 points better than fsu. Ole miss ran Bama and fsu out of the stadium for 45 mins while ark handled them. All about matchups and aside from their auburn snafu, ark has impressed me more than Florida. The gayters have 0 offense. And I'm not sure of their D seeing as how they've not really stopped a top notch running team yet. Hoping I don't jinx the hogs here but this is just the kind of game Bert likes and wins. Florida ain't gonna go off for 500 rushing yards.

Disagree I think the Gatah gets handled by Arky and LSU.

I keep asking myself would ark have just as good a record as fla with flas schedule thus far. Yes. Yes I do.

Two touchdowns minimum.
Yesterday Sportsbook didn't have a line on the game so I was thinking a small wager might be in order. Now that there is a line on the game at -5 1/2, I am guessing you don't want to give me those two touchdowns.

I still fell pretty good about it. Split the difference at 9.5?

Works for me. What are the stakes? A night out dining and drinking? Fine booze? Folding money?

I'm leaning towards Wally here. I think the Hogs give em' fits. Love Florida's D. Offense is just south of MEH!

Hard to say. Considering they've played no one. Oh and that lead their D blew to mighty Tennessee. The same Tennessee that scored a fg on bammer. Yikes. I'm all show me on Florida.

It's a trick. He's trying to lose on purpose, figures if he takes me out and gets me drunk he can take advantage of me.
