The 3 games that interest me most are as follows:
1. Bama at UT: I assume Bama was as dominant as they looked every time I glanced up from shoveling food and drink into my pie hole. BTW, Ocean One in Vegas has really solid food but the key is, it's $4.99 for any meal on the menu and $10.00 for any 3 drinks. I had flank steak and garlic smashed potatoes and 3 whiskey drinks for $15.00. But I digress. I watched off and on, the first half of that game and it looked like Bama was scoring at will.
I heard Golic on Mike & Mike this morning say until somebody proves them to be vulnerable, he'd never bet against Bama or New England. Sad, but true! I'll take the Tahd here but I think it's going to be tight. Butch's boys have looked flawed from the start. But there's something incredibly resilient about the Vols. They've been down and out in every game but find some way to come all the way back. Still:
Darth Saban: 28
Big Bowl of Cheetos: 24
B. Ole Miss at Arky. On the surface, this looks like a mismatch. Probably is talent wise and Fat Bert's crew is coming off an epic beat down. But when's the last time this game was anything but cray cray? Seems like every year these two are going into 15 overtimes to decide it. With us having an off week to heal up before the Hawgs come to town, that's exactly what I'm hoping will happen. Either OM continues what Bama started last week and administers a 42-10 bitch slapping, or they play past midnight. I'll take the latter.
Hugh Chill: 45

III. :badger: vs. THE Ohio State University. This isn't a match up near and dear to my heart. It's just the first time in a long, long time that 2 teams from the Big 10 have been relevant at the same time. I have no break down because I know very little about either team. Even though it'll probably be 90 degrees and sunny skies, I'd love to see a traditional Big 10 smash mouth game where it's cold and rainy. Maybe Keith Jackson could come back to life (Is he dead?) and call this one.

Bama by a bunch
OM by even more
Urban will make the honeyless badgers cry.

Since there is nothing on the line with this prediction,
UT pulls the upset! 31-24
Fat Bert pulls out the win due to the fact that Ole Miss doesn't have a run game.
I agree with the previous posters that OSU puts a whippin on the badgers.

UT came out of Aggieland pretty banged up. Looking into my crystal ball, I don't see a miraculous comeback happening this week.

Sgt Carter's Lonely Vols Club: 17
Brother Freezus' band of Black Rebel Bears are prime for an upset against the Hogs.
Fat Bert's All U Can Gobble Buffet: 42
You can't wave THAT flag here: 38
Angina eludes Ervin Myers for another week in the weak B10.
What in the hell is a buckeye?: 49

Bonus Points:
Mike Turk's Hawks continue their run toward their second consecutive USA-South Championship.

Mark my words, UT will keep it close until 1/4 of the way through the first quarter.

I predict LSU cancels their game with the University of South Alabama.

Golic is right. That's the mistake most make with Bama. Until uou acknowledge they are the big dog, you won't beat them. Pat Dye knew this. Whether they cheat, get calls, favorable schedule whatever they are who they are. To be able to take down a giant you have to admit they are a giant and bigger than you. Else you are just kidding yourself and will be in for a fall.

Coach Dye thought and often said that winning half against the Turds was an aim because they WERE then and STILL ARE the measuring stick save for that period where they could/should/might have received the death penalty.
That said...where I loved those days when Tub's had their number consecutively I still hold all our other victories over them with higher regard because Alabama was at its very best, full strength and not wounded.
That's when the whole country takes notice.
That's what I want for this team. We take them down before the SECCG and nobody wants to fuck with Auburn. It doesn't wash over the loses to Clemson or Texas A&M even though I would say most of us don't necessarily think but know that we beat both if we played them this Saturday.
Just saying what I believe to be Auburn's m.o. over the years and truly Gus' adopted m.o. which is proven in both 2010 and 2014... Auburn starts slowly and builds as the season progresses.

I don't know if the hogs will win or not, some of you guys don't seem to give my little piggies much of a chance. But my absolute lock of the century of the week is ark-om going over 67 1/2. I think it is going to be WAC-esque track meet, don't think 50 will win it.

Hmm...Bielema throwing caution to the wind and letting it all hang out.
Scary stuff!

I was pretty damn close on these 2.
Huntingdon College beat LaGrange 55-13 for those who might not keep up with DIII ball.

Bama beat Butch and Boys like a rented mule. Arky is shoving it up The Big Chill's hind parts early on.
Hey Hogwally, you know the other day when I was clearly kidding around about Arky belonging in the Big 12? Boy, that was a lot of fun the way we were joking around. Right? You were good with it, weren't you?
Wally?
-
Arky is looking a lot tougher. Hopefully OM beats them up a bit!
Fat Bert is gonna get this one!

And that ladies and gentlemen is why I have to work for a living instead of getting by as a gambler.

What's so ironic is that Tuberville would be one of the better suited coaches to handle current day Alabama. Typically, his teams could go toe-to-toe against any team in the country. When I see Alabama today, it reminds me of those Tuberville teams that would win those 13-10 in OT slugfests with LSU. If he could have successfully implemented the HUNH, it would have been interesting to see what those Tuberville teams could have done. I think you fuckers definitely would have added some hardware to the trophy case.

Arky/Ole Miss has become one of those matchups where you just have no idea what is going to happen. It may or may not be due to the gravitational pull of Bert's fat ass.

There is no evidence that Tuberville and staff could or would recruit well enough to maintain the skillset for the hunh, at least not with the drive and cache of the current regime.
