“It’s the first time Cam has ever had an issue or a problem,†Saban said of Robinson’s arrest, according to Low. “We’re handling it and managing it internally and making him do things to hopefully change his behavior. I’m waiting to see how this whole legal thing plays out, because it’s not really what it seems to be.â€
An arraignment hearing for the duo has been set for Thursday, June 16, at 1:30 p.m. CT in Monroe, La. At the hearing, Robinson and Jones will be notified of the charges against them and will enter guilty or not guilty plea.
It seems to be a couple dudes with loaded (illegally obtained) firearms sitting in a car, smoking weed, after hours planning to do some shady shit. But, no Das Saban says ain't not shame in this game.
And media? Quieter than a mouse fucking on cotton.

Should be relatively easy to find out who entered an appearance as attorney(s) for the defendants. Might be illuminating.

Saban declined to provide specifics about Robinson's arrest, but sources told ESPN.com that the two players had been shooting guns at a range earlier in the night and didn't take them home afterward. Sources also said Robinson bought the gun a year ago and didn't know it was stolen, but never got it registered.
LOfuckingL.
This is their out? A gun range? This detail just emerge after months of deliberating with their lawyers.

To that point, can they dig up any witnesses that recall a giant, obsidian mountain walk through the joint with a gat?

Do gun ranges keep a log of customer/shooters?
From a liability standpoint alone they would. Unless they were out there plinking bottles at cousin Vern's place in the woods.

Vern's gonna' step in for the preacher at your wedding.

Do gun ranges keep a log of customer/shooters?
Here in GA they do. You have to show ID and sign a liability waiver.
They keep these on file for a long time.
That is how they go back and catch felons with guns sometimes.

Someone should inform Tarheel, since he will be the shepherd of the ceremony.

I'm sure the gumps who run the gun range will retroactively find their check-ins.

Vern is about to get a vaguely worded cease and desist letter.
