Broader use of "defenseless" player
Replay official can call a targeting penalty not called on the field
Helmet comm with QB now ok

Video will be interesting. Can they use iPads with the players like they do in the pros?

Does "broader use" mean that they are going to call it more often or that they are redefining the scope of what counts as a defenseless player?

I like the third one.

Not a fan of the helmet communication. I like CFB to feel as amateur as possible even if the little things like hand signals to call plays are a facade.
