Title: Jeff Fisher going All In
Post by: Godfather on April 14, 2016, 10:10:46 AM
Quote
The Tennessee Titans have traded the No. 1 pick in the draft to the Los Angeles Rams in a blockbuster trade.

Tennessee gets: Rams first-round pick (2016), two second-round picks (2016) third-round pick (2016), first-round pick (2017), third-round pick (2017).

Rams get: Titans first overall pick (2016), Titans fourth-round pick (2016), Titans sixth-round pick (2016).

The Rams came up farther (No. 15) than any team in NFL history to acquire the No. 1 pick.

I hope Fisher realizes that Jeremy Johnson decided not to declare.

They need a QB...but no fucking way is any of the crop coming out this year worth such a huge mortgage.

Seen on Twitter this morning: Is Ditka advising the Rams front office?

Yep...was just saying the same thing.  Two guys I have never heard of about to go 1 and 2.

As a long time Titans fan, I love this. Defensively deep draft. Give the team picks to let Dick LeBeau build a monster. Andrew, Brock, and Blake better wear a cup.

No, he was just named salesman of the year for the Mexican Drug Cartel.

He can pluck the strings. But can he take em to the super bowl?

Rams gm is a big auburn guy. So hope this works out for them.

Jesus. Is Jay Jacobs consulting with them?  Is there still time to get a 900 foot TV installed so the fans will forget about the crappy product on the field and cheer for the sausage races?

It appears that way doesn't it?

Les usually makes good decisions. Not getting this one. I know they have been in need of a qb badly but #1 seems to be a reach for both wentz and goff.

Doug Pederson says watch me whip...watch me nae nae.

Cleveland trades #2 pick to Eagles for
2016- #8 (1st Round), #77 (3rd Round), #100 (4th Round),
2017- (1st Round)
2018- (2nd Round)

Cleveland only drops 6 spots...Wow this could be draft of the Century

#1 and # 2 trade down to get tons of draft picks.

I think Cleveland got the better deal.
