Starts this upcoming Tuesday March 1st. A-Day Game is April 18th. I know there's not a lot of buzz after this past season and it is after all, Spring Training. But, it seems like there's more early enrollees this year and more positions up for grabs, including quarterback.
My picks for guys that we'll come out of Spring really looking forward to watching in the Fall are Paul James on defense and Kyle Davis at wide receiver. I think these will be instant impact players. But then again, I thought last year would be Trovon Reed's year. So there's that.

Well. That unexpected shift to basketball slowed him a bit, I think.
I am interested to see if the offense can get a short game going. I know that CGM is not known for a short game, but he has used it to our advantage in the past.
We know the option will not be used in the spring(too bad for the new kid), so why not let the butcher (SW) slice and dice!
Put JJ in some slot plays. Don't waste time on the mildcat. Find a WR that will catch the ball at all costs and stop worrying about his pro career!
Defense needs to establish the LBs.

Speaking of LB's, the LB we got from Illinois turned out to be part of a 2 player deal. Gimel President is enrolling to finish his career with the Fighting Illini.

QB, WR, LB is where all eyes will be IMO. Looking at last years offense, we all know getting the QB situation has to be the most important. I do think Auburn has some serious talent coming in at WR. I would be surprised if we don't Frosh across the board in the WR corp. While I believe we are in good shape at LB as far as talent goes, the game experience may be lacking. The new guy add makes me feel much much better.

What this guy said right up there.

Here's hoping Horton, Harrell, Kim, Carr and Sharp are ready for big boy football. Need to be able to grind on the ground till we can find a few that can catch.
And linebackers. There's talent but little game experience.

What if the Gimel goes to Ill. and becomes all conference...and the new guy comes here and becomes the new white President...

Correction to the original post. A-Day is scheduled for April 9th. Don't know where I got the 18th. Looks like I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.
