If his coaching is half as good as his flow...look out! CHAMPIONSHIP!

Can he teach our guys to not be a sieve up front in pass protection? Anybody watch Penn State this year?
In his three years of starting, their QB was sacked 103 times. http://stats.washingtonpost.com/cfb/players.asp?id=229985 (http://stats.washingtonpost.com/cfb/players.asp?id=229985) No telling how many times he was hit.

Hope we don't loose him to American Idol.

If not mistaken he only had 4 to 6 scholarship lineman. They are still hurting from the scholarship reduction from the NCAA. I am willing to give him a pass on that. His time at Vandy and Tulsa let me know that he can coach our guys for the HUNH.

Correct.
And through all that it was still apparently good enough for their Qb to be the #4 rated in the draft.

I wouldn't bother trying to explain that him, I've already explained it when Herbie Handcock was hired and someone else explained it in another thread a little bit later...I don't think he realises that when you have so few scholarship type players on the offensive line and some of those consist of incoming freshmen then as a OL coach you're basically in a shit creek during a shit storm.
