Title: One Difference In The 2 Conventions
Post by: AUTailgatingRules on September 04, 2008, 12:21:01 PM
Why is it that not a single time at the DNC did they break out a chant of USA, USA.  Is it that the Dems are that ashamed of being Americans?

It's not necessarily that they're ashamed of being Americans.  They just enjoy bashing America and playing the "victim" role.  Like I've said previously, they're all about "me me me" and "I want mine".

You make a great point and I could go into a long dissertation on this subject but the simple answer is Yes, they ARE ashamed to be Americans.  I'm surprised that they didn't start burning the flags that were handed out to them rather than attempt to wave them when Bubba Clinton made his glorious appearance.

To provide an example of that assertion (see emphasis above) listen to The Obama's lauded Berlin speech.

Kind of sad that the dems Chant only O-Bam-A and the pubs chant USA more than they chant McCain
