I read the background on this and it started when the driver got pissed that it was taking too long to make change for a hundo on a $3.00 happy meal.  It was the driver who got out and threw hands first.  That's when the driver behind him cranked up the iPhone.  I'll bet he wishes he'd just taken his McNuggets and went home.
