Title: Take It On The Run/Chairman Of The Boards
Post by: Snaggletiger on September 15, 2015, 02:31:15 PM: Probably not a big deal to many of you younger whippersnappers, but we recently lost some pretty prominent figures in sports and entertainment. Lead guitarist and writer of most of REO Speedwagon's biggest hits, Gary Richrath, passed away.

Also lost NBA great, Moses Malone, to a heart attack. The "Chairman of the Boards" was a beast under the bucket for many years.

In one thing I read, he was referred to as "former" REO Speedwagon guitarist...

REO kicked ass back in the day. Not a bad run for a band from Champaign.
