Guys, this is breaking news. I woke up this morning and my perineum was a buzz. It was cool outside, especially cool for an August day. My surface region between the pubic symphysis and the coccyx knew something was up. The diamond-shaped area on the inferior surface of the trunk that includes the anus and, in females, the vagina, had been dormant for way too long.

BUT NO WORRIES FRIENDS, the risk of Perineal tears can be reduced by preparing the perineum, often through massage.

Fine, let's stop beating around the bush (pun intended)... maybe aim a little lower! The taint has been called!
