This was one of my horror heroes. Back when "horror films" were more suspense and drama. Lee started playing the Frankenstein monster but soon transitioned into the Dracula I grew up on. He had a lot of roles over the years and I believe he was in Lord of the Rings. Didn't follow that but I thought he was the guy with the long white beard. Could be wrong. Anywayz, had some great memories as a kid watching this guy.
Speaking of old, horror flicks, when I was growing up, on any Friday the 13th that rolled around, one of the networks would have an "All Night Shock-A-Thon". They'd show those old (Not that old at the time) black and white horror movies til 6:00 a.m. Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy, The Werewolf etc. We tried to stay up all night and watch but I don't think I ever made it. Good times. Yeah...good times.

And the Lee sisters from back in high school; Homm and Ugg.
They were French, I think.

And Sara Lee
Well, nobody doesn't like Sara Lee.

Awesome. Still, my favorite Harrah Carrah call was against the Pirates late in the '90 or '91 season. Lefty for the Pie Wrights hits a bomb to put them up 3 or more in the top of the 9th. The call was "Waaaay back. It might be. It could be. Aaaaaaaah Christ!"

I think Chrisely would know best.

Christopher Lee was in The Hobbit and Star Wars Ep II - Attack of the Clones. He played Saruman in The Hobbit and was former Jedi Master Count Dooku/ Darth Tyranus in the second (fifth) Star Wars movies. He is the one in the epic lightsaber battle with Yoda.
Nerd cred, y'all. :king:

Only one who has children would know all that.

My children are too young for both of those movies. That's all me.

Can't get too obscure with this bunch of intellectual primatives... I was pandering to the lowest common denominator.
I thought the fact that he played in a heavy metal band well into his 80s was more interesting.

We'll spend the rest of the afternoon trying to figure out who that is.
