Just buy the ESPN weekend package. It is cheaper...and working for me...

Yeah we were pissed too. However, we got a full credit and get to watch from the lte 1st qrtr on for free.

Charter was no better.  The game froze in the first ten seconds.  When we called them, their reply was, "We've never heard of that kind of error.  You'll be able to receive a refund if you call back on Tuesday during our office hours and explain your issue." 

FUCK THEM.

I had an Alabama fan that worked at Comcast when I called verifying my PPV purchase and she was trying to tell me it was blacked out and I should watch the "Bama game because we were playing a high school team.

I told her I wanted to see how in the world this high school team played since they were able to beat Alabama last year.  then I hung up
