The NCAA is not investigating any program that matters. (See the hammer dropped on Syracuse while FSU, Bama, and just about every other southern school runs like the wild west.) Jameis is a smaller and somewhat dumber version of Jamarcus Russell. Will flame out of the league and into history quickly.
