Auburn's A-Day spring scrimmage will not be available live on national television as many had expected.

The Tigers' A-Day scrimmage scheduled for April 18 will instead be streamed live online via SEC Network+, an offshoot of the SEC Network that is available only on the watchESPN app. Kickoff at Jordan-Hare Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT.

The SEC Network's alternate channel, which is available on televisions equipped with cable or satellite, will provide live look-ins to three spring games (Alabama, Auburn and LSU) between 1 and 4 p.m. CT. Auburn's entire spring scrimmage, however, will only be available live on SEC Network+ via the watchESPN app.

Twelve scrimmages across the SEC will broadcast live on SEC Network+ during the final three weeks of April.

The broadcast crew of Dave Baker, Andre Ware and Maria Taylor will handle the Auburn spring scrimmage.

Auburn's A-Day game, along with others, will be shown via tape delay on the flaghship station, the SEC Network, in the weeks following the game.

Tickets for Auburn's scrimmage are on sale now.

Auburn is accustomed to taking center stage on ESPN's national networks in the spring, but those plans have changed with the advent of the SEC Network. The 2014 A-Day scrimmage was broadcast live on ESPN. The 2013 scrimmage was televised on CSS.

Auburn's A-Day scrimmage in 2013 drew a nation-leading crowd of 83,401 as curious fans got their first look at Gus Malzahn's team, which went on to win an SEC title. Auburn announced a crowd of 70,645 in 2014, making it the largest paid scrimmage crowd in the country.

WT will be there. I hate to rub it in, since many cannot afford the tickets. But that's their problem. I'm prob even going to let the kiddos get a stadium cup because that's how I roll. Money is not a problem.
