You've misquoted #3.  Here's what it says:

Quote
3. "Only 11 more to go."
Syracuse fans watching the Orange lose to Northwestern on Saturday at Ryan Field in Evanston, Ill.

Hey, I didn't write it.  Just accept that ESPN is taking potshots at your program and move on.

On this point we can agree.  If you are in the SEC and unless your name is Tim Tebow, ESPN probably hates you.

WTH? The big prophet of the crimson cult has at least two of the ESPN talking heads call into his show every week.

Translation~Herbie calls into Finebaum, every Tuesday afternoon and Jim Donnan calls in every Wednesday afternoon to spew red Kolaide about how they think Bama has a chance to win every week.

They were some of the first to exclaim that "Bama is Back" last year..... you know....  before your meltdown.   They couldn't get enough.   The Tahd let them down.   Oh well, back to your shanty!

They also knew that by signing that contract what would be future competition in the form of SEC TV had essentially been squashed before it was born.
