FYI this was planned.  The department wanted to get some positive press for their facebook site so they decided to do this.   The officer is pretty funny they interviewed him on the Today show.

It's obviously fake. He is driving around what looks to be a parking lot. However, it is funny because I have sang my heart out in my patrol car several times as all of you have done while driving in your own vehicles. That's what makes it funny.
