Title: Burt a Tiger?

Quote
Late Tuesday night, four-star receiver John Burt (Tallahassee, Fla./Lincoln) decommitted from the Texas Longhorns.

Burt, who has been torn between the Longhorns and Auburn, has been pulled in different directions by family members since committing to Texas in late July. Following his commitment, Burt took unofficial visits to Florida State twice, both an unofficial and official visit to Auburn and an unofficial trip to Austin.

The Texas staff will continue to recruit Burt until signing day. He will likely chose between Texas and Auburn.

Burt communicated with the Texas staff the team's open receivers coach position and the quarterback play by Tyrone Swoopes are his biggest issues with the Longhorns.

The Longhorns now have two receivers committed for the 2015 class and are still actively pursuing Ryan Newsome (Aledo), Carlos Strickland (Skyline), Damarkus Lodge (Cedar Hill) and Kemah Siverand (Cy Ridge).

Burt is the No. 130-ranked prospect nationally and No. 23-ranked prospect in Florida according to 247Sports Composite.

Names Auburn his leader.  6-3 180lbs :aubie:

Wouldn't it be great if he could get Ernie to come with him, in a package deal.

College football might be ready for a gay player, but a gay couple may be more than some folks around here could accept.
