Title: Where you watchin' it?
Post by: WiregrassTiger on December 30, 2014, 01:09:09 PM: I wanted to go. But, even being the high roller that I am, considering the cost/benefit and cash flow (like when more flows out instead of in) in December, I made an executive decision to go for the Big Screen seats.

It would be fun to be there and my boys really wanted to make the trip. We cudda rolled it I-75 but damn, it's so much easier to just stay in me spiderman boxers and have the bitch make me sammiches.

I do have a father-in-law birthday obligation, so probably travelling tmrw to take him out for dinner. He'll be 81 and served during Korea, so I gotsta make that priority. I would probably plan a little get together for the game otherwise.

So, I will hit the road at about 7:30-8:00 am Thur and be home just in time for the kickoff. Would like to get going earlier, so that I could fire up WT's magic grill for some vittles but it'll will be challenging to get my crew going before 0600. And I don't want to fool with grilling as I may be needed for play selection and such.

Anyone going? What's yo plan?

I am marinating some deer meat and will combined some chopped steak with taters, carrots and such for a giant pot of keen stew. For me, I have some eyes of the rib soaking already in Moore's with a few spices sprinkled over the top. Baked potatoes and broccoli should round the meal out nicely. I'm not sure what to have ready for snacking during the 3,298,456 games that will be on tomorrow though.
