Lemme guess, another player that took a loan from a uat booster.

Oh, he paid it back in full? Okay, no punishment other than a one game suspension.

I'm guessing that none of the al.com "journalists" asked sabbin to elaborate as to what NCAA rule violation occurred that would cause DePriest to miss a game

Why is the violation "undisclosed"?  We knew about Ha Ha Lippin Dicks taking money.  We knew about Bookgate.  We knew about Langham signing with an agent.  We knew about Jelks gettin' paper.  We knew about Logan Young paying $150K for a worthless, fat ass D-lineman. Shall I go on?

But for some reason, your best linebacker is suspended for violating NCAA rules and nothing?

If we've learned anything from Josh Shaw, it's that in college football, everyone should be taken 100% for their word.
