My question is who the fuck is running Arizona's legal department and advised them to state, "Any similarities to the movie SPEED or any of its characters is purely coincidental?" Or is that also a joke?

But, did you enjoy the video?

Snaggle making his fun, but I thought the same thing. Wondered why Warner Bros or whoever made Speed wasn't at the end listed as having the appropriate rights. Although it is a parody and the law becomes sketchy under such. Still as a major institution you would think they made a call right?

They should be fine claiming it as a parody. And they wouldn't even have to expressly make that claim. But saying that any similarities are coincidental is not going to fly when you have clips from the movie, not to mention that the phrase is typically used when you want to indicate that the characters are fictitious so as to prevent a lawsuit from real people.
Either it's a joke or they're morons. As a major institution, I hope it's the former.

I enjoyed it about as much as Michael Sam enjoys being at the bottom of a 10 man dog pile.
