I doubt any of them give a shit about 2nd and 3rd. If you look at the regions, I'm willing to bet that there are more people in the SE that voted for Mason 2nd than McCarron, and it was the other regions that put AJ in 2nd place because they didn't know who else to vote for.
The trophy is stupid anyway. If Manziel's season was flipped, he wins his second. If he started off with two rough games and then finished 10 straight games with multiple 500+ yard 4+ touchdown performances, he wins. But no, he ends the season with two less than stellar game, so the kid who admitted to running trains on girls with his roommate wins because he's a good quarterback on a loaded team that plays no competition.

That and some of the ballots were placed before the Iron Bowl & SEC Championship Game. They should make the voters hold their ballot until the end of the regular season & championship games.

Regardless of who won the damn trophy, JFF is the best player in Cfb. But the heisman is a joke so whatever. If you watch those last two games, his team quit on him.
I don't like Winston. I cringe when he talks. Comes off as a bumbling idiotic thug. And mason deserved better. Fuck all these voters.

Read that Tre placed 8th in the far west. Further proves Pac 12people don't shit when comes to quality football.

I believe this will happen. Its been like this all year with every team AU has played. The opposing star player getting the props and the AU D-line gets an extra incentive. I can't wait! There are a large number of players on the Auburn football that remembers Winston from high school.

Aside from maybe florida, not 1 decent or physical defense has he had to face this year. I know we're bottom of sec in defensive stats but we also were in 2010 and we stifled Oregon who rolled everyone all year. We're still a physical and fast sec defense. Clemson has been historically bad the last 3-4 years and that's the only decent overall team they've faced.

I've been leaning toward Tre going pro and I think he should. This picture tho gives me pause. I really believe he wants his picture up there and may stay.

I'm 50/50 on this. The kid is great and deserves everything award he gets. The selfish side of me wants to see him back with AU next year. The logical side of me says he should jump to the NFL because he will more than likely be a top of the 2nd round pick. From the mentions that Tre has made of winning the Heisman, it does seem like that this award really does mean a lot to him. Still though, I think he enters the NFL draft.
Side note: Wouldn't be AUsome to see the Panthers draft Mason.
