First big move in the coaching ranks. pinched-n-pasted-partially from espnLA
USC has hired Washington's Steve Sarkisian as its new coach, multiple sources told ESPN.
Sarkisian in 2009 took over a Washington program that had gone 0-12 the previous season, and he quickly returned the Huskies to respectability. He led Washington to a 34-29 record (24-21 Pac-12) in five seasons.
Washington is 8-4 this season and finished third in the Pac-12 North with a 5-4 conference record. Washington had three straight seven-win seasons entering this year.

That's nice. Who will be the next Pete Carroll assistant to get the job once Sark is fired after 3 years?

Not head coaches but Maschump fired OC Brent Pease and O-Line Coach Tim Davis. Definitely necessary. Even before the numerous injuries, their O has been anemic. Here's hoping he doesn't get someone like a Chad Morris.
-
Ed Orgeron was apparently very unhappy about the decision, decided to resign the HC position and not coach the bowl game...maybe Washington will hire Ed Orgeron as their next HC.

Bumpity bump.
Arkansas State loses their coach for about the 20th year in a row. Any chance they'll look to Rhett Lashlee to bring Gus' offense back to town?

Several schools of thought on this.
Have a incoming freshman coach-He at least has to stay there two years.
Before game run it like the price is right, John Smith COME ON DOWN.
Do like a raffle- Section 8 row 10 seat 4- you get to coach the 1st Qtr.
