Sitting in books and noble. In comes a Big Santa Claus looking dude with the splotchy red wino face, shorts pulled up to his armpits, bama shirt, bama cap.
Plops into one of the chairs and "borrows" the USA Today. He's one of those that reads everything aloud.
Gets to the BCS section. Loudly:
"This ain't right. This says Auburn is up to four in the BCS."
He starts turning left and right trying to get anyone to engage with him. Nobody does. Doesn't stop him.
"Fourth! That can't be right. They musta got mixed up. How can Aubren be fourth? It just doesn't make any sense. They didn't even play anybody last week. How can they move up?

I have the worst contact with a bammer that you could ever imagine. I loathe her with every fiber of my being, and I have to see her 5 days a week. It's so bad, that I almost wish Auburn would win on a play like the Georgia game so I watch her be distraught all next week.

Actually had one in my neighborhood today. Taking the dog for a walk and I'm wearing an Auburn hoodie. I know, I know. I wore a hoodie in a white neighborhood, but I'm white, so I was only in the 40% chance of getting shot zone.
But anywho, I walk by a house and a lady is getting the mail. I said, "Hey how's it going." Not really giving a shit how her day was going, but you know, just saying hi because she lives on my street.
She looks at the Auburn on my hoodie and says, "Roll Tide" with a "eat shit" grin on her face.
I didn't say anything back, but I did stop to let my dog shit in her yard. The dog failed.

My wife and I dropped by Applebees for a nasty ass salad after the AU/GA game. bama was playing MSU and winning but looking ugly doing it. We both of course had our little smirks while the bammer two tables away clearly came to the water hole to watch this particular game with his tween "daughter". As we continued to smirk, this full blooded bammer continued to talk to McTattoo as though they were boi's from way back. The "daughter" was embarrassed. Our smirks became all out laughter. bammer noticed but we didn't give a shit and neither did the other 5 tables of Auburn fans. I swear, I didn't know that there were that many AU fans in all of Trussville.
