Would LSU's victory over hurt more if they continue to lose games?  Is that factored in?

Either way, it's up to the humans.  We HAVE to beat Alabama and we have to beat them fairly solidly to get the humans to consider us over an unbeaten Ohio State or Baylor in the polls.

I'm really not concerned with the BCSCG though.  After 2004 (and 2001, 2003, 2007, 2011, and 2012), I don't really care what the outcome of the game is.  Even in 2010, I was very glad to get there and win it, but it was nothing compared to beating our rivals and winning the SECCG.

And also, we have one loss.  We aren't really going to get screwed if we get left out because by losing we opened up the doors for discussion on why that loss keeps us out, and you can't argue against the fact that we did lose.

If it comes down to only one unbeaten (most likely FSU) and Auburn still has only one loss, then Auburn will be in.  May even be ahead of a second unbeaten, due to the strength in the computer-poll component

No point in over-analyzing it or fixating on it now
