Title: Dreams come to die?
Post by: Kaos on September 19, 2013, 06:59:42 AM
Just saw the first promo on ESPN for our game with LSU Saturday.

Les Miles voiceover:
"Tiger Stadium, were unbeaten dreams come to die."

Really?

Auburn's all-time winning percentage at Jordan Hare is better than LSU's at Nutria Field.  That "mystique" is nothing but hype.

LSU enters the 2013 season having won 50 of its 57 games under coach Les Miles in Tiger Stadium, a stretch that dates back to the start of the 2005 season and includes wins over 15 top 25 teams.

32-2 in night games with two losses against #1 ranked teams.

Miles rarely loses at home.  They also haven't lost to us in Baton Rouge since Britney Spears was busting on the scene as a cute teenaged pop star.

Maybe they meant where Auburn's dreams come to die?

If the corn dogs win, Tiger Wrench should hold out on sex with a corn dog for a month.

I would foresee a Texas wide shortage of batteries if that happened.
