Thoughts? Will he be the wildcat? Fullback? TE? Punter?

I think that the only way Bill B would take him was that Timmy agreed to change positions. I'd guess TE/H-Back.

I think that when they announced his signing they specifically said QB, not that he will necessarily stay there.

Somebody please explain why this move should be anything more than a 2 paragraph blurb on page 3. The guy was a great college player. That's it!!! Nothing more, nothing less. Denver took a chance on him but if they thought he had any future whatsoever as a QB in the NFL, he'd still be a Bronco. NY took a chance too but he couldn't beat out Mark Sanchez or McConcussion. If they thought he had a chance to be an NFL QB, he'd still be a Jet. They didn't.
Now the Patriots give him a shot to be a back up QB or play some other position....whatever their intentions are. And ESPN and every media outlet is giving this the same attention they would some blockbuster trade. I don't blame Tebow and in fact, I hope the guy winds up with a long career in the NFL. But even the Patriots are holding a press conference today to announce the signing. Have you ever seen a team hold a presser to announce the signing of a back up player that's never done squat in the league? What's almost comical to me is the media jumping all over this from the angle of "Signing Tim Tebow means the Patriots have to deal with all the media attention that goes with it."
Well....then don't hit em' with all the media attention. What exactly is there to ask anymore about Tim Tebow?

He did lead his team to a playoff win. There are a lot of other QBs out there who cannot say that.
I think he can be a useful player for the Pats. As a 3rd QB, you can use him in other situations/positions and still carry a 3rd QB without the restraints. Kinda like when Tupa had to play QB a couple of seasons ago.

it shouldn't be. But from the medias perspective, it creates buzz which means money via ratings. From the Pats perspective, jersey sales will soar. Other than that, Tom Brady will see 90% of the meaningful snaps and TT's job will be to hold on to the snap and take a knee.
