Dude is 23 years old and retiring.  You have over 3 months until the season starts.  You can't try and get your collective shift together and play this year?  That's some snakes in the head stuff going on there.

Bet there is a job at a menswear place just waiting for him.

I retired at 23. But then I realized I had not saved enough to pay bills another week and started back working.

Pretty sure the NFL retired from him.

Meaning, it was a "mutual agreement" for both parties to save face.

I'd buy that! There was another guy a few years back who bounced from team to team - can't think of his name at the moment - who did the same exact thing. He had a habit of waving a pistol around at people, and the NFL finally grew tired of his shenannigans and no one would pick him up off the waiver wire.

Instead of bowing out gracefully, the horses ass held a press conference and announced his retirement after 2 seasons or so.

How long before this shit stain either a) winds up in prison or b) gets a cohost gig with Jay Barker-Evans on WJOX?

It seems like he is one of those people that is a complete fuckup if they don't have somebody there every minute telling them what they need to do every day.  Sort of like how some people are fuckups in life, but excel in the military, etc.  Sucks for him, but he has nobody to blame but himself.

Hey, some of us were fuck ups in life and fuck ups in the military.

At first, reform was driven by revolutionary promises and often unverified claims of public school failure, but over the past 30 years, ample evidence now suggests that political education reform has failed to fulfill its promises, and, in a mechanism similar to the negative consequences of the mass incarceration, has harmed the exact students those reforms were designed to help.
