I can live with this for now...except for the right side of the OL. Surely someone can beat Slade/Miller out.

I really thought Diamond had beaten Slade out. Kind of surprised myself...

What the hell are we going to bitch about with Jake "Ole" Holland on the bench?

Amazing how much "potential" we have on this team.
-
Only one coming close to living up to that potential is Trovon.
Sammie Coates a 4*??? I thought he was the 2*, under the radar, from a small school, camped well prospect.
On the subject of :starz: this afternoon on sports talk radio, I heard the host make a comment just before break. Don't know where he got it but it sounded like he was reading it from some "reliable source". He said in this year's NFL Draft, 81% of the guys drafted in the first 3 rounds had 4 or mow'r starz. Troof???
-
Frost, McKinzy. Defense just got better.

@CFScoop: #NFLDraft Rounds 1-3 recruiting rankings:
5-Star: 11
4-Star: 31
3-Star: 32
2-Star: 14
Not Rated: 9
More like 43% of the players drafted in rounds 1-3 were four star or better.

That's code for "these fuckers suck and are only on the 2 deep because there's 2 more coming that aren't on campus yet".

Which is still an incredibly high percentage.

I certainly hope you're right.

I'd bet just about anything I am. This is a fact: Malzahn believes that. What I don't know is if the 2 coming for fall camp will be any better.
-
I watched the first half of the Spring game again last night, which was the half where pretty much everything worth watching happened. I finally admitted that I refuse to predict anything about how Auburn will be in the Fall based on the A-Day game. A couple of things that did stand out to me were the way CAP and Tre Mason run. I watched a lot of film on CAP and he was running in the Spring game exactly the same way he did in JC. He sees the hole and goes that way. Straight line....no juking..no messing around. It's a straight shot to the goal line.
Mason is the opposite. He's twisting and turning and bouncing off people. Not incredibly fast. He won't outrun most people but quick as hell. Miss him and he's 15 yards down field. He didn't get 1,000 yards in the SEC running behind that pile of shit line by accident.
Also, CJ Uzomah is a beast. I think he's going to be bad ass this year, along with Ricardo Louis....which means they'll both get knee injuries and be akudimikally inelijibull.

Why did you have to go and point that out? Bastard.

True.
What I meant to say was most overrated players EVAH!!!!

Nosa?
-
Nosa?
I am pretty sure that was because he was hurt most of the spring.

He needs to nosa his eguae into the starting lineup.

I'm much more worried about our qb situation on campus at the moment than I am about Jake Holland. Just saying.

I think serviceable has been mentioned numerous times but I got to think we can get better production than that if we can be gimmicky enough to disguise our shortcomings at the position.
Wallace might fare better as a slot receiver and my guess is that Frazier has been too busy playing video games to make a serious effort to improve.
Marshall might limit his errors to deep balls which are damn near punts just by looking at film.

Well that's just it- it's the unknown. Johnson might come in and blow them all away for all I know. Would love to know the regimen of Frazier after the season and whether or not he (or Dad) employed some outside help to get him ready because it was obvious to all he needed some tutoring.

All that KF really needs is for us to negotiate a deal with opposing teams, in which we swap jerseys. He'll do great.
