He benched 405 and squatted 550 to win the state championship.
And he's fast.

I'm not gonna lie, that made it move.

Picked up an Inside The Auburn Tigers mag last night at the Pube Licks. Very nice section with bio's on each new recruit with quotes from the players and from the high school coaches. Lawson's corch said he had corched several players who had long NFL careers, but Lawson was the best athlete he has ever corched.
You know I'm a heights/weights guy. I did notice that all through the recruiting process, LB Cameron Toney was listed at 6'2" 230. When he signed, the recruiting services suddenly had him down to 215. ITAT has him at 6'2 1/2" and 240. Have no clue who is right or where they get their information for this stuff; however, a 240 pound LB would make me moist.

Yeah but another 215lb linebacker will make me limp.

Very nice. Bp and squat tell you a lot about how physical and dominate an OL/DL can be.

The local high school here produced a couple of winners. In the 161-170 class, my son's good friend won, as a sophomore. And the starting center came in third behind Carl, as a sophomore.
I told my son to stay away from whatever they are taking......
